In biblical days humans would have been working much more than they do now. but they would not been exposed to toxins as we are which makes it more important for us to sweat out toxins by Sweat but this also causes a problem because as we sweat those toxins are passing through our body being forced out. so Drink plenty of water and try to stay away from Toxins.

Over all my studies based on my own thoughts ive gathered from 100's of videos / posts ect 

i personally believe the lower your heart rate the longer you will live. in biblical days the human body would of had a lower heart rate due to many factors, like being more in shape, wearing less cloths = lower body temp, more " trees aka 02 allowing the body to breathe easier and other factors.

in the days of old. Breakfast was NOT A THING. only in our modern world did we come up with YOU MUST EAT breakfast. given the record of history, on average a man / woman ate 1-2 times per day while snacking on berries and other things related  while out working.

in days of old im taking about when humans lived on avg 125+ men worked outside in the sun and wore less clothing. we often think how bad the sun is but that is a complete LIE! sun is bad if you use sun lotion then go out in the sun and bake those fake toxins into your system, this have been PROVEN some of the longest lived people are from areas who never heard of sun screen, who work outside every day, they are tan and healthy at 90+ they do mostly wear hats / head coverings so i think that does help protect their heads from direct sun but dont be fooled. the sun is not bad or else all these people from around the world living 90+ and still healthy wouldnt be come places where they are outside most of the day.

lets take a look at animals. why do turtles / sharks Live SO SO LONG! well heres some ideas. i have gathered. sharks and turtles Do nOT MATE that often... interesting  Sharks and turtles are surrounded by water... which makes you wonder after 3 days without water we are not looking good.. yet we can go 3+ weeks without food...

sharks and turtles are exposed to the sun, just not " direct " sharks on avg have a heart rate of 30 to 60 beats per min. turtles are low as well, not to mention gators are low as well so 3 of the longest living animals are all similar , they eat meat / fish / low heart rates / in sun all day / surrounded by water / they mate not super often, it brings be back to king solomon who had the world. but he had 100s of " wives " and loved sex to put it bluntly  he could have sex with the most beautiful women in the world and according to record he did not Live long  ( est age 70 )  i could go on forever on this.

most people i ask say they dont want to live that long but according to my data. you can be age 100 Still full of life. and i will make it to age 100, mark my words, unless god takes me home some other way. i am a data man ive always been this way i thrive when i have data. i know what i need to do and its NOT what the mainstream world says to do. - written 2021 scott wenger

The truth is There is a lot of data on fasting. Some good some bad, like fasting to long actually causes the body stress, but never fasting allows bad cells to be fed. it seems as if data shows 13 to 16 hours without eating, is the start of a positive effect and it shows up to 20 hours without food your in high positive zone, after 24 hours the stress raises in your system which can cause harm, the ideal fasting on MY data. is go 13-16 hours without eating, then Eat once per day not stuffing your face, so time it, go 16 hours without eating, then eat, go another 16 hours without eating then eat - repeat this helps your body destroy bad cells and stops feeding them, remember when you do eat once every 16 hours, dont allow it to be high sugar high salt/ it can be some but try to keep in minimal.

mix salt with water in a cup ( a lot of salt - little water ) Then mix it up and use a q tip and tab the salt water on the spot.  do this every few hours and dont wipe the salt off. also to help healing, add colloidal silver to the water/salt

Drink LOTS of water Aim for 1 Gal per day - Take vitamin C and Zinc Also Practice Deep Breathing, covid attacks the lungs so its VERY important to Practice Breathing deep breaths in through your nose and Blowing that air out via your mouth, use Cold wet washcloth over your forehead + face , Get moving! but move slow. meaning get your blood flowing by walking around doing light house work but try and maintain a lower heart rate. dont bend down to much ect. Try and get LOTS of sun, sit on your back porch with your eyes closed letting your body soak up sun.  STAY away from Sugar during this time, dont be sipping on soda!!!! just dont.  and DO NOT i repeat DO NOT DRINK COFFEE!!!! the goal is to keep your Heart rate lower and acid lower
